I'm a Design Lead and Senior Product Designer with 13+ years building enterprise and B2B digital products — and a founder who has been through the full zero-to-one experience.


I founded CommonMarker, a production management platform for professional film and TV crews, and served as the sole designer and product lead from concept through beta launch. I ran embedded research on active film sets across Los Angeles, designed for complex multi-role workflows with no existing conventions to reference, and owned every product and UX decision independently. CommonMarker was selected for the Get Sh!t Done accelerator — a competitive programme for female founders building scalable technology companies.


That experience sharpened everything that followed. At Epiroc, I lead UX strategy across multiple customer-facing products and own the company-wide design system supporting 16+ digital products. I also founded the company's UX community of practice — bringing together designers, engineers, and product managers to raise design maturity and mentorship across the organisation.


My broader background spans enterprise software at Microsoft (Fluent UI, accessibility), fintech at InvestCloud, legal tech at DocuSign, and high-stakes internal platforms at USAA. Across all of it, the focus has been consistent: make complex systems genuinely easy to use, and build the design culture that sustains that over time.


I specialise in UX strategy, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1). I'm a dual US/Swedish citizen based in Örebro, Sweden, and available for remote-first design leadership roles globally.

Systems Thinking

I design for scale, not just for the screen in front of me. Whether that means a design system that serves 16 products, or an information architecture that accommodates four user roles with different permission levels, I think in systems first.

Design Culture Building

Shipping great work is only half the job. I've founded UX communities, mentored designers, facilitated cross-functional workshops, and established design practices that outlast any single project or contract.

Embedded Research

I do research where the work actually happens — on film sets, in production offices, alongside enterprise users navigating high-stakes workflows. That kind of proximity produces insights that desk research misses.
