UX Strategy
Defining product direction, mapping end-to-end user journeys, and aligning design with business objectives across complex, multi-product ecosystems. I bring a cross-functional lens — working across product management, engineering, and executive stakeholders to build shared understanding of what to build and why.
Design Systems
Building and scaling design systems from scratch — component libraries, design tokens, governance frameworks, and documentation that engineering teams actually use. I've owned design systems at organizations with 16+ products and contributed to systems at Microsoft (Fluent UI) and DocuSign.
Accessibility &
WCAG 2.1
AAuditing, remediating, and designing for accessibility compliance across web and mobile products. Fluent in WCAG 2.1 AA standards, ARIA labelling, color contrast, keyboard navigation, and inclusive design principles. Accessibility is a design practice, not a checklist
End-to-End Product Design
From user research and information architecture through wireframes, high-fidelity design, and developer handoff — owning the full design process for complex B2B and enterprise products. I've designed for fintech, industrial software, legal tech, healthcare-adjacent, and AI-driven platforms.
Design Leadership & Mentoring
Building design culture, establishing best practices, onboarding design teams, and mentoring designers at all levels. I've founded two UX communities from scratch, led design thinking workshops with 20+ cross-functional stakeholders, and built design systems that outlast the person who built them.
Workshop Facilitation
Running cross-functional alignment sessions, design sprints, discovery workshops, and stakeholder reviews for teams of 5 to 20+. I design the workshop as carefully as I design the product — with clear objectives, the right participants, and a structure that produces decisions, not just discussion.

I thrive in complex product environments — enterprise software, B2B SaaS, fintech, and any domain where the UX problem is genuinely hard. I'm at my best when I'm given real ownership: the brief, the research, the system, and the strategy.
Do you do contract or consulting work?
Yes. I take on select contract engagements and consulting projects alongside full-time work. Engagements I find most valuable tend to involve design system audits, accessibility reviews, or embedded design leadership for a defined period.
Where are you based and what are your timezone availability?
TWhere are you based and what are your timezone availability? I'm based in Örebro, Sweden (CET). I'm a dual US/Swedish citizen and experienced in async-first, globally distributed teams. I have regular overlap with both European and US East Coast working hours.
